Welcome to 2017Hillclimb and Xclimb Season. The NAHA is back to participate in the 30th Annual California Nitro National Hillclimb and X-Climb. Also, the WCHA Pro and Amateur Hillclimbers Xclimb will be included on the schedule.
New to this year’s entertainment will be a Xclimb Grudge Racing! OPEN TO ALL!

There are changes to the Pro and Amateur Entry System, as well as classes available. Be sure to check Schedule to see which hills you will be climbing.

APRIL 1, 2017 IS CUTOFF DATE FOR WCHA PRE-ENTRIES.

ALL NAHA RIDERS MUST HAVE 2017 NAHA MEMBERSHIP.
PRE-ENTRIES MUST BE IN BY MARCH 24. NO POST ENTRY FOR NAHA.
WCHA Pre-Entries MUST BE in by April 1st. Admission/Camping may be purchased online or at the gate.
Post entry For WCHA classes will be available on Friday 10:30am to 5:30pm and on Saturday 7am to 8:30am.
Sunday Xclimb Grudge Racing will be running Sunday on the Shotgun hill.
This event is open to all!
Sign up at the base of the hill $20 per person per race, each race is a 2 out of 3 side by side competition.
Any size bike up to 700cc can race.
You choose who you want to race and which bikes to ride. (no paddle tires, bring your own motorcycle, motorcycles subject to safety inspection prior to race)
Riders must sign a waiver prior to racing
Awards will be given to the winner of each match-up

GENERAL INFORMATION

ON SITE SIGN-UPS: THERE WILL BE ONE ENTRY PER ENTRY FORM. Please be sure you have correct form for your class.
For those that do pre-enter, you must go to the signup tent to sign a waiver, draw numbers and receive wrist bands for hill access. Be sure to come to signup booth on Friday from noon to 5:00 or Saturday from 7am to 8:30am.

MUST READ FOR ALL AMATEUR XCLIMB RIDERS: All Stock & Amateur Extended Xclimb Classes will have a separate qualifying hill. This hill will be located between the Sportsman and Shotgun hill. The hill will be open from 12 noon until 2:00 and will de first come first serve all classes. Check in at the bottom of the hill for your single qualifying run.
All riders in the WCHA Classes must sign up for the WCHA Sanction application for 2017. It will be $5 fee for 2017. The Sanction is to confirm that all riders will follow the WCHA rules.
The WCHA Amateur Classes will no longer be Expert or Novice. They will be riding as one amateur group.
All riders wishing to compete in the NAHA Hillclimb Classes must join the NAHA (Online signup for membership at www.pro-hillclimbers.org and entries must be in to Skip’s at Carnegie before the cutoff date April 1, 2017.
All NAHA entries must have Membership # and be prepaid. NO ONSITE ENTRIES FOR THE NAHA CLASSES. NAHA Membership is $100 for 2017 and cost per entry is $100 per class. They will have a separate PURSE of $20,000.
There will be a 65% payback for the WCHA Pro Classes.

The WCHA Rulebook has changes for 2017. Please be sure to check for changes in the 2017 WCHA Rulebook online at www.carnegiehillclimb.com.

CAMPING will be available with 3-day pass for Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights at $60 at gate ($50 prepaid PER vehicle). Gates will open Thursday at 8am until 7pm. 2-day pass for Friday & Saturday nights at $50 at gate. Gate will open on Friday & Saturday at 7am and close at 9pm both nights. Cutoff date for prepayment is April 1, 2017. All vehicles must have camping pass visible in their windshield You may only save one extra space and it must be prepaid, with a vehicle w/camping pass in windshield in saved space. Admission prices remain the same. Adult $20, 7 to 12 years old $10, 6 and under free. PRE-ENTRY IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL WCHA CLASSES, also Admission and camping passes available online. Pre-Entry and Pre-Paid Admission and Camping must be in by April 1, 2017.

CAMPING RULES

NO GROUND FIRES!! GROUND FIRE VIOLATION ON STATE PARKS PROPERTY CAN BE $3000! SO, DON’T DO IT!

Fires in containment devices ok. i.e.; Weber or above ground fire pit.
Quiet time is 10:00pm to 6:00am and will be enforced by security and park rangers.
Dogs must be on a leash.
No vehicle operation after dark except vehicles registered for the street.
Any fighting will result in removal from the park.
Gates close at 8:00 on Thursday and 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday (If leaving the park after this time you must find the security guard to open gate)
